West Indies under-19 team leaves Ctg
The cricketers of West Indies under-19 team have departed Chittagong for Dhaka on Tuesday morning after cancelation of their Bangladesh tour over security concern.
They flew for Dhaka by a flight of Regent Airways at around 8:45am.
They will stay at Dhaka for the decision of West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) whether they leaves the country or play the rests of matches of the seven-match series in Dhaka.
Earlier on Saturday, two cocktails were blasted near to Agrabad Hotel in the port city where the West Indies team was staying.
Later, West Indies has withdrawn its youths` team from the tour of Bangladesh in the wake of ongoing pre-election political turmoil which triggered wide spread violence.
Chittagong Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) officials confirmed the matter to banglanews.
